Job Summary:

TriStar Centennial Medical Center in downtown Nashville, Tennessee is seeking an experienced advanced practitioner for a full time inpatient position with the cardiovascular surgery practice.

Qualified Candidates:

+ Experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant

+ Minimum 2 years' experience direct patient care in ICU or surgery

+ Board certification

+ Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain

+ DEA license with comfort prescribing for pain management

+ Ability to work independently rounding, assisting in the management of hospital inpatients including admissions, transfers, and discharges.

+ Comfortable assisting with bedside procedures

+ Full-time position. Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts

+ No First Assist responsibilities

+ Weekend call rotation 1:7 weekends
