    Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am – 3:30pm

    As the Dining Support Specialist, you'll become a key resource for your team, helping ensure that individuals receive meals that are safe, appropriate, and aligned with their personal needs and medical requirements. While the work can be detailed and fast-paced, your contributions will directly impact the health and comfort of those in your care.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    + Oversee dining practices and ensure meals are prepared and served per doctor's orders

    + Support Direct Support Professionals with meal consistency training and documentation

    + Maintain the Dining Book, schematics, and ensure all dining tools are current and in good condition

    + Advocate for and support individual autonomy, safety, and dignity

    + Collaborate with clinical and program staff to improve service delivery

    + Participate in service planning meetings and uphold all ethical standards of care

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Human Services preferred

    + Experience supporting individuals with disabilities strongly preferred

    + Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

    + Willingness to learn, collaborate, and be a reliable resource to others

    + Valid driver's license and ability to obtain required certifications
