Venture Together, Inc. is a private non-profit organization that provides support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We offer residential, day, community habilitation, respite and employment services, an equestrian program as well as an integrated summer camp. EOE

Agency Requirements

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the agency’s insurance company driving standards. Must successfully participate in Orientation and pass all required testing. All staff must embrace the philosophies Venture Together adheres to including Person Centered Planning and the DSP Core Competencies.

ASSISTANT DAY PROGRAM DIRECTOR

JOB SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of this position is to support the Day Program Director in providing a quality day program experience for the service participants while ensuring their health and safety. Additionally, the Assistant Day Program Director will work closely with the Director to supervise and support staff, to complete required administrative tasks and to actively participate in the planning and delivery of program services to each individual.

The Assistant Day Program Director reports to the Day Program Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of one year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Position # 412-61

Monday – Friday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Salary Range: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
