The Robotics Operator is responsible for the safe and proper execution of HPC - Industrial projects requiring the H-5, H-6, H-7, H-8, and Manway Cannon applications._

Responsibilities

+ _Responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer, including hands-on information regarding operations, safety, equipment, emergency response and administrative functions._

+ _Hands-on operation of Robotics tools to meet customer expectations_

+ _Be self-sufficient at Operating robotic equipment_

+ _Operation of special equipment, such as diaphragm pumps, submersible pumps, roll off and vacuum boxes and other various types of equipment to ensure a successful project._

+ _Operate equipment according to procedures and safe practices_

+ _Perform routine maintenance on robotics company equipment being used on the job._

+ _Run the project in the Field Supervisors absent in the event of illness or required client meetings._

+ _Additional duties as assigned_

Qualifications

_Working Environment:_

+ _Industrial setting, refinery, petrochemical, utilities, pulp and paper mills, etc._

_Skills and Experience:_

+ _Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential experience gained on other jobs._

+ _Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations._

+ _Valid driver license and other requirements of company’s driving policy required when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle on company business._

+ _Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers._

+ _May have to provide Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC)._

_Educational Requirements:_

+ _High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience._
