What You’ll Do

As a Crusher Laborer , you’ll be an essential part of our aggregate team. This is hands-on work with room to grow , where no two days are the same. Your role will include:

+ Keeping equipment and work areas clean and running smoothly

+ Assisting with plant maintenance (oiling, greasing, belt repair, screen changes, etc.)

+ Operating skid steers and other heavy equipment safely

+ Using hand tools for general maintenance

+ Supporting operators and skilled crew members when needed

+ Maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free worksite

Who We’re Looking For

+ Entry-level? No problem — if you’re motivated and ready to work hard, we’ll train you.

+ Experienced? Great — bring your skills, and we’ll help you go even further.

+ Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

+ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and safety-first mindset required.

+ Must be able to work flexible shifts and travel as needed.

What It Takes Physically

+ Lift 50-75 lbs regularly

+ Work in outdoor conditions — sun, rain, wind, and everything Montana throws at us

+ Stand, climb, bend, kneel, and work on uneven ground
