    We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Warrensburg, MO. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our key departments: **Shipping, Receiving, or Order Selection** .

    Schedule and Shifts

    2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3 PM-11:30 PM** **$18.50 Base Pay W/$1 shift differential =** **$19.50 an hr.

     

    3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11 PM-7:30 AM** **$18.50 Base Pay W/$1.50 shift differential =** **$20.00 an hr.

     

    4th Shift: Saturday & Sunday 6 AM-6:30 PM (2) 12-hour Shifts & (2) 8-hour Shifts during the week.** **$18.50 Base Pay with $1.50 shift differential =** **$20.00 an hr.

    What You’ll Do in each Department:

    Receiving Department:

    + Unload trailers and move product to designated areas

    + Meet production goals.

    Shipping Department:

    + Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers

    + Meet production goals.

    Order Selection Department:

    + Use a voice-pick headset system to select boxes

    + Place labels on boxes and move them to the conveyor belt

    + Meet production goals per minute, hour, and day

    What You Bring:

    + No certifications required – just a strong work ethic.

    + Safety Mindset – 100% Commitment.

    + Ability to lift 50–60 lbs. Lift up to 500 boxes per hour.

    + Previous warehouse experience, preferred.

    + Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8–12 hours per shift.

    + Reliable attendance and transportation.

    + Dependability and team spirit.
