    Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Data Center Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Engineering & Maintenance department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Data Center Facilities Technician

    **Location:** Colorado Springs, CO

    **Pay Range:** $20/hr. - $25/hr.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, ensuring optimal performance.

    + React to Building Management System alarms and complete emergency repairs as needed.

    + Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on all equipment.

    + Work with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with company processes and regulations.

    + Conduct routine quality checks and maintain comprehensive maintenance records.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 1-2 years of experience in a technical discipline, preferably in a Data Center environment.

    + Training in HVAC systems with a strong understanding of air conditioning theory.

    + Ability to read one-line diagrams and schematics.

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.

    + Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow defined procedures.
