    Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a General Baker Worker to join their team. As a General Baker Worker, you will be part of the production team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment, and the ability to follow detailed instructions which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** General Baker Worker

    **Location:** York, PA

    **Pay Range:** $17/hr

    **Shift:** 2nd Shift 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Supply raw materials and move finished products from the production line while keeping accurate counts.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

    + Comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.

    + Order and maintain sufficient packaging material quantities to ensure no interruptions in manufacturing.

    + Assist with training new employees and provide back-up support to various departments.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

    + Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Valid certification to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT).
