Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a **Senior Product Quality Leader** to join their team. As a **Senior Product Quality Leader** , you will be part of the Quality & Customer Satisfaction department supporting the Product Quality team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and cross-functional team leadership experience which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Senior Product Quality Leader

**Location:** Greensboro, NC (Onsite)

**Pay Range:** $42 - $44.50/hr.

What's the Job?

+ Chairperson for the Field Quality Meeting (FQM) for assigned markets.

+ Lead the Quality Action Group (QAG) as appointed.

+ Detect and quantify customer quality issues proactively through enhanced analytics.

+ Prioritize quality actions within Volvo Group to meet committed quality targets.

+ Communicate and report effectively on product quality and customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or a business-related field; Master's Degree preferred.

+ 5+ years of automotive industry experience, preferably in a service or maintenance role.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Experience in cross-functional team leadership or project management.

+ Strong judgment abilities for prioritizing issues that add value for both customer and brand.
