    Finance Frontliner – Join Our Team as an Accounts Receivable Receptionist!

     

    **Location:** Ashland, KY

    **Employment Type:** Full-time

    **Pay Range:** $15–$18/hr (weekly pay)

    **Schedule:** Traditional weekday hours

    2. Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do

    + Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel

    + Assist with accounts receivable duties, including invoicing and collections

    + Provide administrative support to the finance department

    + Prepare and distribute reports as needed

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    3. Required Skills & Qualifications

    Must-Have

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role

    + Proficiency in QuickBooks (Required)

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    Nice-to-Have

    + Experience in finance or accounting support

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

    + Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
