Our client, a leader in temperature protection solutions, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be part of the innovative product development team supporting the company's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $80,000 - $90,000
What's the Job?
+ Develop a competitive product roadmap for the QuiltTracker product through research, customer feedback, and market analysis.
+ Support QuiltTracker customers through integration and launch phases, ensuring effective training tools and customer satisfaction.
+ Define future software requirements and guide ongoing development processes in collaboration with IT and project management teams.
+ Manage communication across teams regarding product updates and improvements, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing strategies.
+ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities that drive revenue growth.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
+ Proactive problem-solver with a keen ability to recognize business opportunities and articulate future value.
+ Experience in business or academic research, with the ability to synthesize complex issues into digestible formats.
+ Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with team members and customers.
+ Intermediate data analytics skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.
