Job Description
What You Will Do:
+ Operate and maintain all golf course equipment like a pro (because broken mowers don’t make for happy golfers).
+ Manage turf and grounds care, including spraying and fertilizing—keeping those fairways lush and playable.
+ Oversee the daily work of grounds crew staff, inspecting course conditions and guiding the team to perfection.
+ Assist with overall golf course operations and maintenance planning.
+ Jump in wherever needed to help deliver a top-tier guest experience (we’re a team-first kind of place).
What We Are Looking For:
+ 1+ year of experience in golf course maintenance – You know your greens from your roughs and how to keep them thriving.
+ Working knowledge of maintaining tees, fairways, and greens – Healthy turf is the foundation of a great round.
+ Turf management experience or education (preferred) – Gives you an edge in managing soil, grass, and everything in between.
+ High school diploma or equivalent – The basics matter when building a career on the course.
