What You'll Do
+ Actively monitor and assess plant performance to ensure optimal efficiency, functionality, and safety standards.
+ Conduct rounds, surveying plant operations, grounds, and equipment. Take readings on critical systems, observe functionality, and document any abnormalities for corrective action.
+ Use calibration standards, including inspection, testing, and measurement equipment, as well as calibration gas cylinders. Perform routine analytical calibrations and adjustments.
+ Read and interpret technical drawings, PIDs, manuals, and documentation to support plant operations and maintenance.
+ Safely execute planned maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment and systems are functioning optimally and safely.
+ Ensure adherence to FDA/QMS(Quality Management System) compliance programs, following cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), applicable procedures and UIG's internal quality systems.
What You'll Need
+ High School Diploma or GED. Associates degree or technical school certification is preferred.
+ Relevant military, industrial gas/cryogenics, or continuous process facilities experience.
+ General knowledge of electrical and instrumentation equipment in process plant environments.
