    + Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or related field with one year of post-bachelor’s degree experience in residence hall or apartment experience is preferred.

    + One year of full-time experience in university apartment or residence hall administration.

    + Due to the transportation needs of the position, a valid license to operate a motor vehicle in NYS is preferred.
