    We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Princeton Junction, New Jersey. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle to support various business functions and ensure hiring goals are met efficiently.     Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and timelines.

    • Design and implement sourcing strategies tailored to different functions, including sales, analytics, operations, and corporate roles.

    • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offer negotiations.

    • Lead high-volume recruitment initiatives, managing hiring for 20–40+ positions, as well as targeted searches for specialized or leadership roles.

    • Establish and maintain active pipelines of candidates with relevant experience for current and future job openings.

    • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates through timely communication and follow-ups.

    • Prepare and present weekly updates and detailed recruitment metrics to HR leadership.

    • Achieve recruitment targets by meeting agreed-upon time-to-fill and quality-of-placement standards.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

     

    • Expertise in corporate recruiting and sourcing strategies.

    • Strong ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.

    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.

    • Ability to manage high-volume hiring efforts effectively.
