This role is critical in driving financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.     Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage the monthly financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external standards.

    + Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to support liquidity planning.

    + Oversee monthly financial consolidations across multiple business units, ensuring consistency and integrity of financial data.

    + Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and support budgeting and forecasting cycles.

    + Prepare variance analyses and present findings to senior leadership.

    + Support ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to guide strategic initiatives.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    + Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

    + Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and tools (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, SAP BPC).

    + Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

    + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
