    Are you ready to take on diverse and engaging challenges in a supportive environment? We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with a background in mechanical engineering to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, each with its own unique scope and complexity. With guidance from our experienced team members, you'll play a crucial role in achieving project objectives within budget and timeline constraints. Your work will primarily focus on the development and enhancement of products, designs, and processes. From initial concept to final implementation, you'll be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, including research, planning, design, testing, and analysis. Drawing from your training and experience, you'll contribute innovative solutions to meet project requirements.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead small-scale engineering projects (under $100K) from concept to implementation, securing buy-in from senior engineers.

    + Independently resolve production issues using expertise in one or more technical disciplines.

    + Develop and execute testing protocols with input from team members.

    + Define quality expectations and implement QA procedures to ensure compliance with standards.

    + Create and maintain production documentation, including work instructions, QA matrices, bills of materials, and production procedures for specific products or activities.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.

    + Strong project management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

    + Comfortable using hand tools and power tools in a production environment.

    + Hands-on experience in one or more technical disciplines: Rubber, Fabrication, Forming, Coatings, Castings, Machining.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a production and industrial manufacturing setting, where team members are expected to get hands-on with the processes, often leading to grease stains on clothing.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Permanent position based out of Bothell, Washington. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
