Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 2-5 years of experience in managing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with various subcontractors and will be adept at reviewing bid packages and proposals, awarding bids, and handling RFIs and Change Orders. You should be comfortable managing financial statements and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, starting with one project and progressing to 20-40 projects as your capabilities are demonstrated.

Responsibilities

+ Manage subcontractors from proposals and bids to project completion.

+ Review and award bid packages and proposals.

+ Handle RFIs and Change Orders efficiently.

+ Manage financial statements related to project budgets.

+ Oversee private civil work projects with scopes ranging from $500k to $20 million.

+ Participate in heavy construction projects.

Essential Skills

+ 2-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination.

+ Proficiency in handling financial statements.

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

+ Technical experience in all phases of design, documentation, detailing, and construction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

Benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance**, paid group life insurance, and short termand long-term disability. You will be eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance upon commencement ofemployment, and the balance of the benefits after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period.Your PTO will accrue for the full calendar year as follows: 10 accrued vacation days, 5 accrued sick days, 2accrued personal days, and nine (9) paid holidays. We offer flexible hours and a hybrid work setting after theinitial 90-day probationary period. SSP offers a voluntary 401(k) profit sharing plan as well as an employerfunded 3% safe harbor profit sharing plan; participation would begin after you have completed the plan’seligibility period of 1 year and 1,000 hours of employment.Participation starts on the next available enrollmentdate after the eligibility period.
