Adecco is currently hiring immediately for an Injection Material Technician opportunity in Fraser, MI!

This is a fantastic full-time, contract-to-hire position with excellent growth potential in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Overtime and Double Time may be available based on business needs and manager approval. This role will typically be a 40-hour work week.

Pay Rate:

$24.00 per hour (3rd Shift)

Shifts Available:

Primarily 3rd Shift, opportunity to help on other shifts

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual with proven experience in injection molding or automotive production environments. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, safety-focused, and capable of ensuring materials and processes flow smoothly to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

+ Ensure the flow of quality parts and raw materials from receipt to shipment.

+ Attend daily shift meetings and communicate effectively with team leaders and supervisors.

+ Maintain adequate material supplies to molding machines and keep material areas clean, organized, and safe.

+ Ensure **First In, First Out (FIFO)** material usage and follow all alert systems.

+ Install, maintain, and promote **5S standards** across the department.

+ Support lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

+ Submit and implement improvement ideas to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

+ Maintain equipment in excellent working condition.

+ Escalate issues promptly to Team Leader/Shift Leader.

+ Work shifts and overtime as needed to meet customer requirements.

+ Conform to **ISO 14001/45001 Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)** standards.

+ Promote teamwork, accountability, and Faurecia’s Code of Ethics on the production floor.

Requirements

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.

+ Previous production experience within the **automotive industry** , preferably in **injection molding** .

+ Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques (preferred but not required).

+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

+ Good decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.

+ Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Flexible to meet changing business and customer demands.

+ Proficient in English.

**Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
