Overview
The Clinical Analyst and Administrative Assistant reports to the CCR Administrator.
Responsibilities
Administrative and Intake Responsibilities:
+ Assist with project intake in coordination with the CCR Administrator:
+ Review the current status of research projects and assess analytical or methodological needs.
+ Provide timely updates and feedback to clients regarding the scope and nature of services offered.
+ Consult with the CCR Director as needed to review and prioritize requests.
+ Appropriately organise internal administrative documents, resources, datasets and client files maintaining confidentiality.
+ Create CCR reports as requested.
+ Answer phones and schedule meetings for CCR.
+ Represent the CCR at internal and external meetings when designated by CCR leadership.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Research and Analytical Support:
+ Deliver research analysis services to CCR clients as assigned.
+ Develop standardized process documents for recurring types of analyses to ensure methodological consistency and quality control.
+ Help manage and maintain CCR-curated datasets in compliance with data governance protocols.
+ Generate written reports and visual outputs summarizing findings in formats prescribed by CCR leadership.
+ Maintain accurate records of consultations and services provided, following CCR’s internal documentation standards.
+ Track all projects, services and activities in formats as required by the CCR leadership.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Education and Mentorship:
+ Assist in the development of instructional materials (e.g., slides, handouts) on topics including, but not limited to, EBM, clinical research design, epidemiology, and biostatistics as required by the Director or Administrator.
+ Support the overall mission of the CCR by contributing to process improvement, resource planning, and client satisfaction.
+ Work collaboratively with CCR Director and Administrator of CCR to assure smooth, efficient, and customer responsive operations of the CCR.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the CCR Director, CCR Administrator, or the Senior Associate Dean for Research.
Qualifications
Education requriement:Minimum MS Biostatistics or equivalent degree, knowledge of STATA and other statistical software (SAS, R, etc…). Preferred doctoral degree in biostatistics or equivalent, prior experience in research support and statistical consultation.
Minimum Salary
USD $52,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Salary
USD $65,000.00/Yr.
