    + The Laboratory system architect is responsible for designing and implementing short and long-term strategic goals for managing and maintaining information systems and software , related to Munson Healthcare’s laboratory business. They must a ssure that all planned and in-place system architectures are aligned with the specific Laboratory goals and MHC initiatives . Research new technologies , create plans and deploy systems that will increase cost effectiveness and flexibility

    What’s Required:

    + A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology required

    + Must have 8 years of progressively more responsibility in a laboratory environment, including 3 years’ experience dealing with data processing/clinical information systems hardware and software required .

    + Experience in installing, upgrading, interfacing and maintaining clinical operating systems and system software required .

    + Proven ability to perform basic programming functions required .
