    Position Summary

    Are you a proven leader with a passion for heavy equipment, aftermarket sales, and driving customer success? Super Products, a market leader in industrial vacuum trucks, is seeking a **Director of Aftermarket Sales & Support** to lead our customer-facing teams and build a best-in-class support experience. This role is ideal for someone who combines **mechanical/technical expertise** with a strong background in **aftermarket parts sales and support** and a vision for **growing e-commerce platforms** .

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead and develop three customer support teams: aftermarket parts sales specialists, field service/training/demo personnel, and service desk technicians.

    + Drive parts growth through both traditional channels and innovative e-commerce strategies.

    + Manage and expand our aftermarket sales programs, including new product offerings and revenue growth initiatives.

    + Oversee field demonstrations, training programs, and service support to ensure customers maximize their investment.

    + Partner with engineering, manufacturing, rental, and sales teams to identify product improvements and deliver customer-focused solutions.

    + Manage warranty administration with fairness, accuracy, and transparency.

    + Strengthen customer relationships by visiting key accounts and ensuring we exceed expectations.

    What You Bring

    + **Heavy equipment mechanical/technical expertise** with the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and translate product knowledge into customer solutions.

    + A successful track record in **aftermarket sales and customer support** , including parts programs and service delivery.

    + Experience in **parts/e-commerce platforms** and leveraging digital tools to grow revenue.

    + Strong leadership skills: able to coach, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve results.

    + Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with customers, dealers, and executives alike.

    + Data-driven problem-solving with the ability to identify trends and implement solutions.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; 5–10 years of proven success in a similar leadership role.

    Education and Experience
