Consumer Loyalty & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for a company's subscription-based products.
Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align growth strategies with customer needs and product development.
Analyze customer data and subscription metrics to find opportunities for growth and improvement.
Lead the creation and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns to increase subscription conversions.
Manage pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor and industry trends to keep a competitive edge.
Oversee partnerships and other initiatives that expand subscription reach and adoption.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to subscription growth, such as churn rate, average revenue per user (ARPU), and customer lifetime value.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
At least five years of experience in subscription growth or SaaS marketing, preferably at a technology or hardware-related company.
A proven track record of creating and implementing successful subscription growth strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Experience with subscription management platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing automation platforms.
