Job Title: Lead Low Voltage Technician – Industrial Project (Clarksville, TN)

Description:

TEKsystems' client is currently supporting a client that is in Clarksville, TN, supporting a large manufacturing facility. This is a fast-paced, high-traffic job site with multiple trades working simultaneously. We’re seeking experienced technicians who can take direction from site leads, lead a helper, and stay productive in a chaotic industrial environment.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in large commercial or industrial construction—tenant buildout-only backgrounds will not be considered. Candidates must be dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

+ Install and route low voltage cabling (Cat6, voice/data, access control)

+ Lead and mentor a helper on-site

+ Maintain focus and productivity in a multi-trade environment

+ Follow direction from TEKsystems leads and adhere to safety protocols

+ Deliver clean, professional installs with pride in workmanship

Top Skills:

+ Low Voltage Installation

+ Structured Cabling (Cat6, Voice/Data)

+ Cable Pathway Setup

+ Access Control & CCTV (preferred)

Qualifications:

+ Must have OSHA 10 and Lift Certification prior to site entry (training may be available)

+ Must bring basic hand tools (major tools provided)

+ Strong references required to validate reliability and leadership

+ Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to full-time work

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
