Journeyman Millwright

**Ultimate LLC** is immediately hiring **Journeyman Millwrights** **with an R8 Conveyor License** for a large industrial project in the **Watertown** , **Connecticut** area. The pay range is **$40.00 to $55.00 per hour** , based on experience. All trades are scheduled **40+ hours per week** . We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** for all employees with **no week in the hole** and optional **direct deposit** .

Ultimate Job Duties

+ Quality craftsmanship on conveyor-related equipment

+ Install, maintain, alter, or repair conveyor systems and machinery

+ Follow safety procedures and site protocols

+ Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members

+ Respond to on-site needs with urgency and professionalism

Ultimate Trade Requirements

+ **2+ years** of commercial construction or conveyor experience

+ **Valid R8 Conveyor License – Required**

+ **OSHA 10** certification preferred

+ Appropriate PPE (hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

+ Must have basic hand tools to perform the trade

+ Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
