    Concrete Finisher

     

    Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Concrete Finishers** for commercial projects in the **Fargo** area. The pay range is **$26–$30 per hour** based on experience. All concrete finishers are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with **no week in the hole** and optional direct deposit.

    Ultimate Job Duties

    + Set forms to hold concrete

    + Clean and inspect concrete surfaces after pouring

    + Pour, smooth, and level concrete using proper tools

    + Apply concrete sealing

    + Mold and construct expansion joints using proper tools

    + Polish concrete surfaces when required

    Additional Job-Specific Details:

    + Experience with commercial flatwork, curbs, and sidewalks

    + Ability to read blueprints and follow site layout plans

    + Operate equipment such as power trowels, screeds, and finishing tools

    + Must have experience with bull-floating, riding & walk behind power troweling, brooming, shooting grade

    + Must have experience screeding off of sand

    + Must have experience sealing or curing of slabs

    + Must have experience setting of sump or floor drain

    + Must have experience cutting control joints or applying zip strip

    + Willingness to work on footings and foundation

    + Responsible for the quality of concrete slab project

    + Responsible for cleaning equipment and tools used for finishing slabs

    + Responsible for making sure site is clean and looks professional when finished

    + May be expected to perform any duty involved in a concrete project

    Ultimate Concrete Finisher Requirements

    + **3+ years** of concrete finishing or related construction experience

    + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

    + Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

    + Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs

    + **Drug Test Required**

    + **Background Check Required**

    + Valid driver’s license preferred
