    Commercial Journeyman Plumber

     

    Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Journeyman Plumbers** for **Commercial Construction** projects in the **Plymouth** area. The **pay rate is $40-$45** per hour based on experience. All Journeyman Plumbers are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

    Ultimate Job Duties

    + Assist in Installing, repairing and maintaining pipes for construction projects

    + Assist in Installing and maintaining valves, fitting fixtures and drainage systems

    + Diagnose/troubleshoot issues as needed

    + Operate proper hand and power tools

    + Assemble and fasten materials using proper hand tools

     

    Ultimate Journeyman Commercial Plumber Requirements

     

    We're looking for a dependable and skilled Journeyman Plumber with a background in commercial construction. This position involves installing and maintaining plumbing systems on job sites, ensuring all work meets relevant codes and safety standards.     What You’ll Do:

    • Knowledge of HVAC systems and their interaction with plumbing systems

    • Employee will need to have reliable transportation to get to sites all over the metro

    + Interpret construction plans and plumbing schematics.

    + Install, repair, and test piping systems, valves, fixtures, and other plumbing components in commercial buildings.

    + Work alongside other trades, including electricians and HVAC professionals, to ensure project timelines are met.

    + Diagnose on-site plumbing issues and implement timely solutions.

    + **What We’re Looking For:**

    + Active Journeyman Plumbing License (or equivalent recognized certification).

    + 2+ years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing.

    + Solid understanding of current plumbing codes and safety requirements.

    + Ability to read technical documents and work from blueprints.

    + Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and communication skills.

    + Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering materials and equipment on-site.

    + Reliable, team-focused, and punctual.

    + **Work Conditions:**

    + Commercial job sites with both indoor and outdoor exposure.

    + Must be prepared to work in varying weather and environmental conditions.

    + Strict adherence to site safety protocols and PPE requirements

    + Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with safety guidelines.

    + Record job progress, inspections, and system tests accurately.

    + Provide guidance and support to apprentices, when needed.
