    Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Level 2 Desktop Technician** to join their team in Reading, PA and provide **onsite** support.

    Duties and Responsibilities** **:

    + Provide support for all Walk-ups and remote support for end users

    + Ensure the proper day-to-day operation of applications and equipment and troubleshoot on-site software and hardware issues on laptops, Tablets, Workstations, and peripherals

    + Provide higher level support to servers, and/or network equipment or perform updates, repairs, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks

    + Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support

    + Troubleshoot system, office hardware, and business applications

    + Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)

    + Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow / ITNOW tool

    + Installation of Microsoft Windows 11 operating system using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or Autopilot

    Skills and Qualifications** **:

    + Minimum 1 to 2+ years of experience

    + High School degree, CompTIA A+ Certificate or equivalent experience

    + Deliver exceptional customer service

    + Must be helpful, relatable, and pleasant while diagnosing and fixing problems for end users

    + Good communication, and customer support skills

    + Good analytical / troubleshooting skills

    + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, and O365 support

    **Wage Range** :

     

    The rate for this position is between **$20.25 - $29.70 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
