    Director of Therapy Services - Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) Physical Therapist

This leadership role is ideal for a licensed therapy professional who is passionate about patient care, team development, and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee daily operations of the therapy department

    + Supervise and support physical, occupational, and speech therapy staff

    + Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

    + Monitor patient progress and outcomes to ensure quality care delivery

    + Manage scheduling, documentation, and departmental reporting

    Qualifications:

    + Current licensure as a Physical Therapist

    + Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role

    + Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

    + Knowledge of post-acute care and rehabilitation best practices
