    Qualifications:

    + **Education:** Masters degree

    + **Licenses/Certifications:** Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in states of practice

    + **Other Requirements** : Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
