    Overview

     

    As a Senior Data Quality Analyst, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of instant ticket data and related files. You’ll serve as a mentor and resource to other analysts, using your expertise to guide quality assurance processes and support team development.

    What You’ll Do

    + Create, review, and audit lottery graphic layouts and printer fonts

    + Use proprietary and commercial software to generate and verify game data

    + Merge data with graphic layouts and fonts to produce accurate printer files

    + Ensure all client game deliverables meet Brightstar’s quality standards

    + Document processes and updates to procedures clearly and consistently

    + Participate in collaborative discussions on ticket creation and design

    + Provide leadership, support, and training to other DQA team members

    + Oversee daily tasks and workflows to ensure team efficiency and accuracy

    + Work independently with minimal supervision

     

    What You Bring

    Required:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 2+ years of experience as a Data Quality Analyst or in a similar role

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

    + Strong math, analytical, and prioritization skills

    + Exceptional attention to detail

    + Proven ability to lead and support a team

    Preferred:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    + Experience in data quality management or a related field

    At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $28.00 per hour. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

     

    Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
