Job Summary Details

The Groundskeeper** **Maintains property grounds by cutting lawns; trimming and edging along walkways, flower beds and walls; trims bushes and trees; plants bushes and flowers; applies lawn care chemicals as needed; and removes snow and spreads salt. Also repairs and maintains mowers, blowers, and sprinkler systems.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must have a valid Driver’s license

• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

• No experience required and on the job training provided

Preferred Qualifications:

• Similar work experience preferred
