Job Summary
Applications are being accepted for a post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Population Health Sciences, Division of Health System Innovation and Research at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Strong preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate prior experience and a successful track record in leading health services research projects, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, and working collaboratively across different disciplines. Applicants with high proficiency in scientific writing and prior experience or training in seeking extramural funding will be favorably reviewed. Fellows will be expected to collaborate on diverse health services and economics projects as lead or co-author of manuscripts and contribute to grant proposals.

The Department of Population Health Sciences provides methodological expertise and infrastructure to advance capacity for impact-driven research and support clinical professionals in providing better patient and population-oriented care in an increasingly complex health care delivery system. + Lead and co-author scholarly manuscripts and research reports

+ Engage with academic and community partners
+ Liaison with faculty, staff or administrators and attend meetings as needed
