Overview
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, thrives on uncovering insights through data, and is eager to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.
As an Associate Strategist, you’ll support the development of data-driven media strategies that inform campaigns across digital platforms. You'll conduct in-depth research, gather and analyze audience data from tools like GWI and MRI-Simmons, and help turn findings into actionable insights that fuel campaign planning and innovation.
Responsibilities
+ Work in partnership with Senior Strategists to support full lifecycle strategy development from conception and proposal through creative briefing, production and insights reporting.
+ Conduct consumer, category, and competitor research to support campaign planning and strategy development.
+ Pull and analyze audience data using syndicated tools such as GWI and MRI-Simmons to identify trends, behaviors, and media consumption patterns.
+ Translate data into clear, compelling insights that inform strategic recommendations and creative briefs.
+ Assist in creating presentations and reports that convey strategic thinking and data-backed insights to internal teams and clients.
+ Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, analytics, account) to align strategies with campaign goals.
+ Stay current on media trends, emerging platforms, and shifts in consumer behavior to bring fresh thinking to the team.
+ Support senior strategists with day-to-day tasks, documentation, and campaign tracking.
Qualifications
+ 0 – 1 years of experience Marketing, Advertising, Media or related experience
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills – you enjoy finding patterns in data and asking “why?”
+ Familiarity with (or strong interest in learning) research tools
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information into digestible insights.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
+ A natural curiosity, hunger to learn, and a passion for marketing.
+ Ability to think critically, analyze everything, and look for unconventional solutions to problems

The benefits offerings listed are available to eligible U.S. Based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.
Compensation Range: $41,800 - $57,615 annually.This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
