Position Overview

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine Tucson, seeks a **Board Certified/Board Eligible Urogynecologist** to join our growing faculty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to providecomprehensive care for patients with Gynecologic and URPS-related disorders.

The successful candidate will work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing exceptional patient care atBanner University Medical Centerand its conveniently located outpatient clinics. The candidate will also actively participate inteaching and mentorshipwithin ourOB/GYN residency programand will have opportunities to engage inclinical or basic science research. Afaculty appointment commensurate with experience and qualificationswill be awarded.

Qualifications

MD/DO degree (or equivalent)

Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology and URPS

Eligibility for an Arizona medical license

Enthusiasm for teaching and mentorship

New graduates encouraged to apply

Essential Functions

2.5 days clinic, 2 days OR, 0.5 day admin time (start 3.5 days clinic = 1 day OR during ramp up period)

Home GYN call 30-minute response time. OB call optional (& paid)

Resident supervision and teaching (17 residents)

Medical student teaching
