**As Banner Health continues to grow, we are adding a dynamic Family Nurse Practitioner to join our established practicein thepeaceful, growing town of Casa Grande!** Just a block from the Banner Casa Grande Medical Center and hospital, this clinic provides care to a diverse populationof all ages, managing chronic conditions and wellness with a caring team of physicians and providers.

Some Details About the Position:

+ Outpatient-onlysetting, caring for patients of all ages

+ Flexible 4-day work week for better work-life balance

+ Strong support teamincluding MAs, RNs, front desk staff, and leadership

+ Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!

Essential Functions and Requirements:

+ DEAwith prescriptive authority required

+ FNP designation with AZ license eligibility

+ Minimum (1) year of clinical experience as an APP in a primary care setting

+ Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
