What You'll Be Doing

+ Oversee and manage multiple construction projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion.

+ Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

+ Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.

+ Assign and motivate job superintendents and paving foremen for the various projects. Have daily communication to monitor progress, schedule, costs and resources. Suggest or recommend any potential cost savings measures

+ Analyze project performance and implement improvements for efficiency.

What Are We Looking For

+ BS in Engineering preferred.

+ 5+ years in Construction Management.

+ 5+ years experience working with NYSDOT preferred.

+ Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred

+ Solid communications skills, both oral and written.
