Our high-end senior living community is looking for a Team Lead to help support Housekeeping operations for our independent living residents. In this role, you'll provide cleaning services within our common areas and resident apartment, mentor & train Housekeeping staff, and meet with residents to determine housecleaning needs and schedule.

All of our clients live within our community, so there is no travel involved!

Full-time position - 7:30a-4:00p with a rotating bi-weekly schedule as follows

Week 1 = Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2=Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday

How you will make an impact

• Providing leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeepers under the

guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager

• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.

• Completing assigned work orders and following a detailed schedule

• May be asked to assist with set-ups, requiring movement of furniture.

• Scheduling and supervising daily work assignments

• Training, mentoring and coaching new employees.

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Housekeeping.

• Previous experience in a leadership role (preferred)

• Must have excellent, customer service, communication and problem-solving

skills

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations

• Ability to lead a team
