About this role:

Intermountain Health is seeking a Sleep Medicine Physician to join a team of experienced sleep medicine providers to work in the state-of-the-art facility at St. George Regional Hospital, a 284-bed Level II Trauma center.

As a sleep provider with Intermountain, you will work with a dedicated and approachable team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. The Sleep Medicine team is currently made up of 1 physician and 3 APPs.

In this role you can anticipate:

+ Practicing at St. George Regional Hospital's Outpatient Clinic in St. George, Utah

+ 4-day work week (Tuesday-Friday); 32 patient-facing hours

+ 4-bed sleep lab located in St. George Regional Hospital

+ Outpatient only with no call responsibilities

+ Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner and Sleep Lab Tech support

+ A 501c3 company - PSLF eligible

+ $15,000 sign-on bonus

+ Up to $20,000 in relocation assistance

An ideal candidate will have experience in and desire to treat idiopathic hypersomnia.

What you’ll bring:

+ Sleep Medicine Fellowship Training

+ Board Certified/Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine

+ Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license

+ U.S. ACGME Residency

+ BLS certification

+ Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$7.25 - $999.99
