Now Hiring: Production Expediter – Print Manufacturing (A or B Shift)

**Location:** Rochester, NY

Shift Options:

+ **A Shift:** Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

+ **B Shift:** Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

**Pay:** $18.00–$19.00/hr, based on experience

Are you experienced in fast-paced manufacturing and ready to take the lead on critical order execution? We’re seeking a **Production Expediter** to join our high-volume print manufacturing team in Rochester, NY. In this essential role, you’ll help drive on-time delivery of high-priority, rush, and overnight print jobs by coordinating closely with production leads, supervisors, and production control.

Key Responsibilities

+ Ensure time-sensitive orders meet all shipping deadlines

+ Track and prioritize rush jobs in collaboration with production control

+ Monitor job sequencing on production lines for optimal flow

+ Support communication and job alignment between shifts

+ Maintain quality standards; help address any off-spec or rejected product issues

+ Identify and escalate personnel or safety concerns promptly

+ Flex with scheduling demands, including required overtime during peak periods

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 2+ years in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting

+ Experience in print or bindery operations is a strong plus

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to work both independently and within a team

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Physical Requirements

+ Lift up to 40 lbs

+ Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

+ Work in a moderately loud production environment

+ Visually inspect quality and accurately identify colors
