Job Summary
The Hybrid Contract Analyst II is responsible for supporting the preparation, analysis, and administration of contracts across the organization. This role ensures contracts are drafted, reviewed, routed, and maintained in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and system requirements. The Contract Analyst II works with stakeholders across departments to ensure timely execution and ongoing compliance of contractual agreements. This position requires strong attention to detail, working knowledge of contract management systems, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support business needs.
Essential Functions
+ Prepares, edits, and reviews draft contracts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational requirements.
+ Coordinates contract routing and execution processes using electronic contract management systems.
+ Tracks contract status and communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and renewals.
+ Maintains contract records, supporting documentation, and version history in accordance with policy.
+ Assists with analysis of contract terms, expiration timelines, and risk factors to support business and legal reviews.
+ Supports ongoing contract lifecycle management by ensuring data integrity, assisting with reporting, and tracking contract milestones.
+ Provides internal stakeholders with guidance on contract processes, templates, and documentation requirements.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
+ H.S. Diploma or GED required
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, MIS, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
+ 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, contract lifecycle management, or a related role required
+ Experience using electronic contract management systems preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Knowledge of contract components and lifecycle management principles.
+ Familiarity with contract management platforms and document routing systems.
+ Ability to interpret and apply internal policies and standard contract language.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract tracking tools.
