    Description

    FHN Financial Operations Team in our Memphis, TN office is seeking an individual to provide comprehensive support across trade processing, derivative margin, and security master set-up and maintenance.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + **Trade Processing Exception Report Monitoring:** Monitor and address exceptions in trade processing reports, both independently and in collaboration with team members.

    + **Daily Trade Input Reconciliation:** Perform reconciliation and documentation on daily trade inputs and exceptions, sometimes working alongside other team members.

    + **Exception Resolution:** Resolve trade input exceptions promptly, either individually or with the support of the team.

    + **Security Master Set-Up and Maintenance:** Set up and maintain security master data, coordinating with team members as needed.

    + **Trade Communication and Documentation:** Provide communication and documentation for pending trades, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.

    + **Proactive Communication:** Communicate proactively with the manager and Lead Analyst, as well as with other team members.

    + **Reconciliation and Interest Area Support:** Provide back-up and support to reconciliation and interest areas, working both independently and as part of a team

    Education and Work Experience Requirements:

    + **Technical Proficiency:** Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel) and the ability to learn basic back-office systems.

    + **Independent and Collaborative Work:** Ability to work independently and collaborate with others to resolve issues and reconciliation items.

    + **Ownership and Accountability:** Exhibit a high level of ownership and accountability to meet deadlines.

    + **Commitment to Quality:** Demonstrate utmost commitment to quality.

    + **Follow-Up and Communication Skills:** Strong follow-up and communication skills.

    + **Service Orientation:** Strong customer service orientation.

    + **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree or related experience.
