*How you’ll contribute*

A Billing Managerwho excels in this role:

* Act as liaison between Lifepoint Medical Group Services, Co-Sourcing Model Team members, third-party payers, office, hospital and physicians.

* Meet established revenue cycle metrics and key performance indicators.

* Participate in the planning and implementation of physician start-up, i.e. set up provider numbers.

* Assist with ongoing strategic planning concerning future growth and performance improvement as it relates to revenue cycle.

* Keep abreast of significant changes in coding and billing policies and third-party regulations to ensure compliant billing practices are maintained and report these changes to all physician practice staff.

*What we’re looking for *

Applicants should have equivalent high school diploma and Associate Degree preferably in Health Care Management.

* Five years billing experience in a multi-physician practice setting.
