    *Schedule:*Full-time,Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM or 7 AM - 3 PM, no weekend shifts at this time, & typically cover one holiday per year (Memorial, Labor, 4th of July, & New Year's Day).**

    We perform a variety of clerical activities as a team to assist in department operations.

     

    *How you’ll contribute*

    A Radiology Receptionistwho excels in this role:

    * Answers phone, manages appointments and relays messages.

    * Operates duplicating equipment.

    * Faxes and reads reports to requesting departments and offices.

    * Participates in peer competencies.

    * Greets patients and families as they arrive.

    * Provides coverage in the Image Room (see Image Library Specialist duties).

     

    *

     

    Process requested image information and reports for patient appointments.

     

    *

     

    Files/scans correspondence electronically in a manner prescribed by the Radiology Department.

     

    *

     

    Operates all file room equipment (duplicating equipment - PAC’S – Vidar Scanner – PAC’S Scanner – Rimage – ICAD – Nuance PowerShare – AQ Net – Barco Monitors).

     

    *

     

    Troubleshoot equipment problems.

     

    *

     

    Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance/reports on equipment as required.

     

    *

     

    Imports/exports/prints/digitize patient images.//
