+ Monitor accounts receivable (A/R) trends, denial rates, and cash performance, ensuring corrective action plans are executed by the vendor.

+ Collaborate with patient access, coding, clinical documentation improvement, and finance teams to address upstream and systemic revenue cycle issues.

+ Implement and oversee controls to safeguard against revenue leakage and mitigate compliance risks.

    Financial Leadership

+ Partner with system CFOs and Finance leadership to align RCM operations with financial targets.

+ Translate operational metrics into CFO-level reporting, highlighting risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

+ Support revenue forecasting, net-to-gross analytics, and cash flow optimization.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize yield from payer contracts and strengthen denial prevention.

+ Serve as a thought partner to system leadership in evolving the outsourcing model, including governance structures, technology integration, and vendor accountability.

+ Identify and implement best practices in revenue cycle operations and outsourced vendor management.

+ Provide leadership during system transformations, such as ERP or EHR implementations, payer policy shifts, and new regulatory requirements.
