Enrollment Registrar Coordinator - Office of the Registrar
POSITION DETAILS
The Enrollment Registrar Coordinator will report to the Enrollment Registrar Manager.
In addition to the CUNY Title Overview, the Enrollment Registrar Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:
+ Transfer records from the legacy system to CUNYfirst by ensuring data validation.
+ Merge duplicate records in CUNYfirst and purge duplicate EMPL IDs.
+ Assist with ePermit processing; both incoming and outgoing ePermits and post ePermit grades
+ Process Study Abroad transfer courses including grades.
+ Communicate with students, staff and administrative department about ePermit inquiries and provide ePermit processing progress.
+ Occasionally run transcripts from legacy and CUNYfirst and assist the front desk.
+ Assist with transfer credits for the continuing students.
+ Work occasional evening and/or weekend hours as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Knowledge and experience of using PeopleSoft (CUNYfirst) and MS Office.
+ Four years of working experience in the registrar office or in an administrative department at a college or university.

Provides operational support for registration operations.
- Provides advice on academic and administrative registration requirements
- Interprets and communicates academic, registration and enrollment policies and procedures
- Assists with registration and provides information to prospective and enrolled students in registration and records-related areas
- Complies, generates, and updates various reports, catalogs, and inventories
- Maintains compliance with established record release procedures, including the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
- Collaborates with College and University offices to address inquires and concerns and resolve student registration and record problems
- May participate in activities related to course scheduling and maintaining course databases
- May monitor and revise the content of web pages and other communication materials
- Performs related duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
_$48,911 - $57,573,_** **Salary commensurate with education and experience.
