    What you will do:

    As an Athletic Trainer (Illinois License Required) you will

    • Work in a clinical setting as a physician extender within a University Sports Medicine Program.

    • Responsibilities include patient evaluation, education, rehabilitation planning, vitals, phlebotomy, injections, injury prevention, treatment, and equipment fitting.

    • Supports physicians during outreach events and provides athletic training services to affiliated schools per NATA guidelines.

    • Contributes to program growth through marketing, educational material development, and wellness event coordination.

    • Ensures patient satisfaction, helps families navigate the system, and collaborates with program directors and providers.

    **What you will need** :

    **Minimum Education: Required:** Bachelors Degree

    **Preferred:** Masters Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education

    **Specify Degree(s):** Athletic Training and Certification

    Minimum Experience:

    **Required:** 1-2 years of previous job-related experience

    **Preferred:** 3-5 years of previous job-related experience

    Licensure/Certifications:

    **Required:** Licensed/Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

    **Other:** First Aid Athletic Training and Certification Phlebotomy Certification (will train if necessary

    Compensation:

    Pay Range: $43,721.60 - $67,787.20

     

    _Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
