Role Overview

NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for an opportunity supporting the State of Florida. This key staff position requires full-time commitment and senior-level engagement to ensure seamless coordination, issue resolution, and strategic communication across all contract activities.

Key Responsibilities

+ Serve as the senior manager and primary point of contact for all contract-related services and communications with the customer.

+ Lead day-to-day coordination and resolution of contract activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

+ Represent customer concerns to NTT DATA’s executive and operational leadership.

+ Participate in all contract-related workgroups initiated by the customer or NTT DATA.

+ Maintain 24/7/365 availability, including designated backup coverage, to support contract operations.

Basic Qualifications

+ Minimum 5 years of experience managing government accounts or in a government sales role.

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in leading day-to-day activities and project delivery

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience managing complex government contracts and service delivery.

+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.

+ Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.

+ Proven knowledge of government business practices, including those specific to the State of Florida and its authorized users.

+ Familiarity with State of Florida program goals, operational standards, and reporting requirements.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $109,688- $253,906. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
