    This position is 12-hour shift **nights** that has a **rotating shift pattern** .- The two-week period would be Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, then Thursday.- The pattern would then start over again for the next two weeks.- We offer a sign on bonus after 90 days.     The machine operator will be running equipment to produce ceramic ingots.

     

    + Ability to make in-process adjustments based on information (rate, distance, diameter.)

    + Must be able to operate lathe or spray dry machinery

    + Load material into the machine and set up to run. Then monitor completion

    + Mainly work independently, but transfer from machine to machine for weights and chemistries.

    + Run the assigned machine per specified instructions for each ingot type.

    + Accurately and completely fill out paperwork as needed.

    + Perform pre-shift preparation and ensure that all surfaces that will contact product (piping/vessels) are sanitized and ready for operation.

    + Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as needed during wash-ups.

    + Clean and sanitize room areas as needed.

    + Read daily production schedule and process orders in the established sequence. Complete all paperwork in a timely manner and turn in to appropriate personnel, fill out work orders as needed.

    + Complete electronic and written production reporting
