Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Description:

About the Role:

+ We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to lead the product strategy and roadmap for Kuiper satellite communication services targeted at residential (B2C) customers. This role requires deep expertise in satellite or wireless broadband services and a proven track record in building end-to-end consumer commerce experiences. As a people leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product vision from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Define and own the product and service strategy for Kuiper consumer satellite services.

+ Develop detailed product requirements documents, prioritizing use cases, defining features, and building the product roadmap.

+ Collaborate with leadership to set customer strategy and make high-impact trade-offs between features and time-to-market.

+ Manage the entire product lifecycle, partnering with engineering, sales, finance, operations, and international teams.

+ Lead launch planning and enablement to ensure cross-team readiness for successful product delivery.

+ Establish and track goals and key performance metrics to identify growth and improvement opportunities.

+ Conduct market research to identify new customer-centric innovation opportunities.

+ Proactively manage risks, bottlenecks, and escalations, balancing business needs with technical constraints.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

+ 5 to 8 years of product management or project management experience.

+ Hands-on experience with Satellite communication and/or wireless broadband services for residential consumers.

+ Proven expertise in AWS cloud technologies.

+ Strong background in product roadmap development and execution.

+ Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
